She trained as a dancer at the Dance Gallery in Perugia with Rita Petrone and Valentina Romito. She deepens her training following the teaching of several masters such as: Simona Bucci, Michele Abbondanza, Antonella Bertoni, Roberto Castello, Giorgio Rossi, Raffaella Giordano, Simone Sandroni, Charlotta Ofverholm, Bruno Collinet, Christopher Huggins, Cati Jean, Silvia Rampelli, Nina Dipla, Dominique Dupuy, Giovanni di Cicco, Julien Hamilton, Carolyn Carlson, Alberto Del Saz, Joanne Woodbury, Susanne Linke, Carlotta Ikeda, Masaki Iwana, Tadashi Endo. George Blascke , Milton Myers, German Jaregui, , Zvi Gotheiner, Imre Thormann, Danio Manfredini , Iwan Wolfe, Juha Pekka Marsalo, Josef Nadj. In 2017 she completed her three-year training in Shiatsu at the Italian-Japanese Shiatsu Namikoshi School.
In 2006 she started working as an interpreter for the Italian companies ABBONDANZA/BERTONI, HABILLE’ D’EAU company, DEJA DONNE’ company, DERGAH DANZA TEATRO company, SIMONA BUCCI company, SOSTA PALMIZI , COMPAGNIA DELLO SCOMPIGLIO, ADARTE. In Switzerland with the company TIZIANA ARNABOLDI.
At the same time she undertakes a personal choreographic research path, obtaining in 2011 the Toscana Factory Dance award at Fabbricaeuropa with the only “Frane”. In the same year she won the competition Created in Umbria and the E45Napoli Fringe Festival with the trio “Fragilefrana”.
